Welcome to Day 6 of the Virtual Book Tour!

Gwenn BonnellToday I have the honour and privilege to visit someone you may already know from the Annual World Tapping Summit! I've known Gwenn Bonnell for a while and ordered some DVD's from her in 2010. We had a few DVD and postal challenges, aaargh - and fortunately we both knew how to tap for the frustrations!

Today, we meet again.

I'm delighted to introduce Gwenn and her wonderful work with Energy Medicine, EFT, tapping for animals and her newest venture "Women Who Heal". She was a speaker on the Tapping World Summit in 2014 and previous years, and her topic was (wait for it!) - "Self-Love"! Day # 3 of the Virtual Book Tour for No Problem: The Upside of Saying No

Welcome to Day 3 of the Virtual Book Tour!

MoreenTorpyToday, we visit the blog of Moreen Torpy in Ontario, Canada! Moreen is a Declutter Coach and Downsize Expert, and author of 3 books. I met Moreen through an online author bootcamp we were both attending.

Moreen's work revolves around organizing and decluttering and she mentioned to me that she's always telling her clients to say "no" to something of lesser importance, in order to say "yes" to something of a higher importance.

We had a wonderful conversation around "saying no", guilt over possessions and letting them go, and how to do it so we can have a clutter-free and enjoyable home and work environment.
