Welcome to Day 6 of the Virtual Book Tour!

Gwenn BonnellToday I have the honour and privilege to visit someone you may already know from the Annual World Tapping Summit! I've known Gwenn Bonnell for a while and ordered some DVD's from her in 2010. We had a few DVD and postal challenges, aaargh - and fortunately we both knew how to tap for the frustrations!

Today, we meet again.

I'm delighted to introduce Gwenn and her wonderful work with Energy Medicine, EFT, tapping for animals and her newest venture "Women Who Heal". She was a speaker on the Tapping World Summit in 2014 and previous years, and her topic was (wait for it!) - "Self-Love"! She gave us fantastic ideas and tips to guide us towards this incredibly important practice.

I've spoken with so many people who confuse self-love with selfish. I too, used to be confused. We may not want to love ourselves if we're afraid to be called "Selfish". My article today speaks about the difference between self-love and selfish. And it may surprise you!

Read the article on Gwenn's informative website, and leave us a comment or question.

We'd love to hear your thoughts!

A bit about Gwenn Bonnell

Gwenn Bonnell is who to go to when you are in pain and looking for a holistic solution. For over a decade, she has taught thousands of people worldwide how to tap into the natural powers of the body’s own energy system to eliminate pain, reduce anxiety and stress, and connect with the joy and bliss we are meant to experience.

A pioneer in the field, Gwenn was one of the first practitioners to combine EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping and Energy Medicine, establishing a remarkable approach to self-healing. Last year, Gwenn created womenthatheal.com to help other female entrepreneurs overcome the fear of saying "no" as we step into our power. Because, let's face it, the world needs us now!
