Why Saying No is a Good Thing

YesI've been asked so many times.... "But don't we have to say YES to life? How can you walk around saying "no" to everything? That doesn't seem right!"

I was interviewed this past week on a fabulous Podcast Show called "Bolder Business Woman Podcast" where the same question came up. I'd love to say a few words to that today.

We don't have to say "no" to everything that comes our way, that's not the idea at all. We don't have to say "no" just because we can, or have learnt how to.

I've known Gwenn Bonnell for a while and ordered some DVD's from her in 2010. We had a few DVD and postal challenges, aaargh - and fortunately we both knew how to tap for the frustrations!

Today, we meet again.

I'm delighted to introduce Gwenn and her wonderful work with Energy Medicine, EFT, tapping for animals and her newest venture "Women Who Heal". She was a speaker on the Tapping World Summit in 2014 and previous years, and her topic was (wait for it!) - "Self-Love"! She gave us fantastic ideas and tips to guide us towards this incredibly important practice.
